From treating our clients like our family, to shorter install timelines, to our clean, in house, installations, we are the only solar energy solution.
We do our own, customized, in house, installations and offer many more home energy solutions than traditional solar companies such as smart home technology, generators, completely off grid solar systems, back up batteries, and much more.

Here at TES, we realize that training is a must. We identify your skill level, build a customized program and get you ready to sell. Your tool belt will be loaded up with knowledge, strategies, resources, incentives, us and more! From there, we will guide you along the way and push you to be awesome!
This position is salary based, plus commission, plus bonus. Our team is seeking a highly motivated, hard-working individual to join the squad for a long time to come.
You will be sourcing some of your own clients (we provide our team with our real inbound and in house generated sales leads) but, primarily, working the clients booked for you by our team of appointment setters, following up with your pipeline, hitting the road for meetings, visiting your clients job sites or to say hello, closing sales, saving people money and making smiles. You will be personable, organized, show up on time, educate our clients and most importantly, be fun!

· Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
· Have a clean CRM and follow up with all open clients on a daily basis
· Confirm and complete all scheduled meetings with clients
· Drive a high level of self-generated pipeline activity through referrals & self-generated leads in addition to managing the large number of clients set by our marketing team internally for you
· Attend workshops and trainings on our product, current industry updates, skills workshops and the like
Skills, Requirements & Qualifications
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
· Must be able to generate leads from networking efforts
· Written & verbal communication skills
· Ready to be coached consistently
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Ability to balance multiple projects and stay organized
· Strong sense of team culture
· Ability to work minimum of 1, maximum of 2 Saturday morning shifts per month (sometimes our clients simply cannot make a weekday work)
· Valid state driver's license
· Reliable, registered and insured transportation
· Positive customer experience must be a part of you!
